For some weeks ago I started with League of Legends, I love the game. Its so awesome, and I feel I have been missing out on something cool. Have had some friends who have been asking me of trying it a long time and I said no, I regret that now after finally playing the game.
I love the game and the champions designs, it has very cool designs and they have inspired me. I want to make cosplays from the game and have started on the planning and sketching. The only thing is that I like the female champions better then the male champions, but it can be done trough genderbending. For people who dont understand what that is: its bending the gender/sex of an character, to the opposite sex of the character.
I want to make "Arcade Sona", Ashe and Vi in male version, have done the sketching for Ashe and Sona. Because of my education I know a lot about clothing, silhouettes, design etc. So I feel I can get the female clothing switch and appropriate for male clothing, so the silhouettes will be the same and the essence of the character will be right. I take the prominent factors about the character over to the masculine side of cosplay.

WHat I do and think about when Im bending a character (Tips):
ITs hard to do a right way of bending a character, so you have to draw/design alot and ask about peoples opinions if they can see that its the character in the other sex/gender.
Its very useful to find the inspiration of the character design the artist had when he/she designed it. If the character is oriental, western, european etc. nationality, which time period the clothing on the character is inspired by and taken from, and so on and so on.
I ask often other cosplayers, gamers, fans of the fandom (game, series, manga etc.). Its very useful, because they often know why they love a characters and/or have all the knowledge behind the characters and universes. The persons who is very big fans of something have often researched a lot about their fandom, so they know a lot about it. Also many cosplayers now have gotten a lot of knowledge about clothing (the designs) and character designs. Because they have to find out how to make the costumes and which type of clothing is needed to make (which type of skirt, pants, top, armor etc.). Because its lots of different types/styles of clothing and armor.

I'm currently working on a cosplay and its a gender bend, I feel its a lot harder then I thought it was. I'm making a male/Mikuo version of "Hatsune Miku, Synchronicity". Its a very giant cosplay with some details, and lots of grand tailoring and sewing skills needed for it.
I did use Sunday and Monday on sketching the ideas for the bend and late last night I did get done and happy with the result. So I'm currently now doing the illustration part and fabric choices. I under the sketching and idea thinking I did thought a lot about what I was comfortable with wearing and what I could adapt to male version of.

So I have adapted the skirt to a sleeveless coat with big flare out from the male waist/hips/where often males have their pants. This will be in pleather/faux leather or velvet, not totally decided.

The silver corset looking part will be a male corset, and I will use silver pleather/faux leather. with suspenders on.

Instead of using boxers I will make bikershorts looking kneepants and I will make a cloth (that are attached to the shirt) with the print on infront of my crotch and down to the knees.

The high heel boots have I adapted to platform boots that I will make myself and will be in pleather/faux leather. And they are going to be something like Len Synchronicity (version) boots and like other Vocaloid cosplay shoes. They will have turquoise/light blue lacing and a stripe down the back.

The mask is going to be just like the original and I will make it out of bandage plaster, because its the easiest way, will fit my face and I can do it myself.

This is my plan, idea and designs so far, will soon post photos of sketches and illustrations. This is my ideas on the gender bend, not anyone elses. I have myself sat down sketching and got inspired by cosplay photos, the music video and artwork of Hatsune Miku Synchronicity / Female version.

On the 12th of June I started on my Craft exam in Dressmaking and finnished at the 20th of June. I passed the exam so I am now a Dressmaker and will get my "svennebrev" at a formal happening in Oslo City Hall in October.

So Im a step closer to my dream and being an aprentice have taken 2 years of my life and have given me a lot of knowledge about sewing and the fashion business. So now I will start this fall for my last year of schoo, so I can go to a design school in year or so.

I am hetrosexual and do fashion, Im an apprentice in dressmaking (lærling).
Some people are so stupid about the combination hetrosexual and fashion. Some people mean that you have to be a girl or gay if you want to be a fashion designer.

I have been called gay because of that from some I thought were a friend, random teens and some adults too. And its hurtful, because I know what I am and some people ignore my comment (that Im not gay) when they say "You must be gay".

I think its so wrong and I feel that its only guys who got stamped gay if they do fashion or hairdressing. I have never heard that a girl have been called a lesbian because she wants to be a carpenter or electrician, or other professions like them.

(My opinion, view and what I have read and found around)
